If there is information that is more easily
sent to us via fax or e-mail, we would encourage
you to submit it along with your questionnaire

tried to be as thorough as possible in developing
the questionnaires, but we realize there will
be occasions when the forms don't cover all
the information that's relevant to your communication.
That's why there's a question toward the end
of each questionnaire that asks you to provide
additional information you'd like us to include
in your communication. You may provide your
additional points by submitting them with the
questionnaire or by forwarding them to us by
fax or e-mail. |

for your needs. We recognize however that some
of the information we ask for may not apply

questions that do not apply, and information

by putting double parentheses at the beginning
and end of the sensitive material. Remember,

made by the news editors and reporters who receive

that it is targeted to the specific news outlets
and individual editors and reporters most likely
